Main responsibilities:

Strategic and operational management of the service function, including:

  • management of service marginality: analysis of current conditions, facilities and customers and portfolio optimization; setting a strategic goal for the service, development of key indicators (KPI);
  • process optimization in order to achieve business indicators, implementation of a change plan and control;
  • active participation in the digitalization of the service together with the marketing, IT and sales departments;
  • management of the direction of maintenance, including optimization of the route of the mechanics servicing the lifting equipment and the organization of emergency maintenance services;
  • management of equipment repair and modernization;
  • management of the organization of the warehouse of spare parts necessary for the maintenance of all types of elevators and escalators;
  • optimization of the organizational structure, if necessary, team management (performance management, development of a staff motivation system, creation, together with the HR department, personnel reserve and training system for different groups of employees);

Interaction with customers: participation in negotiations on the conversion and return of elevators from competitors, managing large customers and solving complex and conflict situations

Management of subcontractors (modernization + dispatching)

Preparation, justification and control of the budget

  • Higher technical and / or economic education;
  • Successful experience as a service manager for the service direction of technically complex equipment from 3 years;
  • Experience in building service processes and experience managing large teams and large portfolios;
  • High management skills (knowledge and successful application of skills of competent goal setting, feedback, situational leadership, staff development and motivation);
  • English: upper-intermediate level
